超声造影剂微泡次谐波辅助压力估测技术研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 超声造影剂微泡在超声激励下可以激发出次谐波,幅度随着环境压力的增加而线性降低,利用这一关系可以非侵入性地测量体内组织的压力水平。目前国内外的研究包括数值计算、体外模拟和体内测量等几个方面,均得到了比较好的结果,表明次谐波辅助压力估测技术是一种比较好的非侵入性测量体内局部压力的方式。通过参数优化、微泡选择、扫描方式改进、数据提取和处理等方面的研究为其临床实际应用奠定了基础。 With the aid of ultrasound, subharmonic is stimulated by using ultrasound contrast agent microbubble. The subharmonic amplitude line decreases with the increasing of ambient pressure, which can be utilized to noninvasively measure the pressure in vivo.The numerical simulation, experiment in vitro and in vivo are investigated in domestic and foreign researches, obtaining some achievements, which also demonstrate the subharmonic aided pressure estimation is useful in noninvasive measurement of local blood pressure. The parameter optimization, microbubble selection, scanning improvements, data extraction and processing have been researched, laying the foundation for the practical clinical application subharmonic aided pressure estimation.
