2016年7月7日,2016（第七届）清洁发展国际融资论坛暨2016（第六届）“十大绿色创新企业”颁奖典礼上,新疆国力源投资有限公司（简称：国力源）投资的新疆国力源环保科技有限公司因自主研发出“生物氧化法制浆造纸技术”,攻克了棉杆造纸产业化世界性难题并实现了生产污水零排放而荣登“十大绿色创新企业”之榜。
On July 7th,2016, Xinjiang Guoliyuan environment technique,Ltd became one of top 10 green innovation enterprises in 2016 Clean Development International Financing Forum for its exploiting new route of environment protection and energy saving in paper industry. Hongkong Global Strategic Group, a listed company, announced the investment in Guoliyuan for its full use of new energy and the development potential in innovative technique on July 8th. Reporters of International Financing Magazine interviewed Ms.Zhang Biqiong, the founding investor and board chairman of Guoliyuan, and a few experts and investors about the projects to know the key to this successful financing.
