摘要
为了解决胜利油田临盘采油厂计量站中出现的混输管网钡锶结垢问题,开展了钡锶结垢影响因素实验研究。实验结果表明,钡、锶结垢的主要影响因素是反应时间和离子浓度,在5~10 min内BaSO4结垢率在98%以上, SrSO4结垢率可达80%。以此实验结论为依据,提出定点除垢技术思路,即让硫酸根与钡、锶离子混合在指定装置内快速结垢,定期清除,保证混输管网不结垢。同时进行了实验室定点除垢器模型设计,定点除垢器模型结垢实验结果表明,钡锶垢总结垢率稳定在91%以上。运用浅池沉淀理论提出“结垢场”的概念,设计并制作了定点除垢器及定点除垢工艺流程,并在T9站进行现场试验及效果监测,除垢率大于90%。
In order to solve the problem of the barium/strontium sulfate scaling in mixed transportation pipeline network of Linpan Oil Production Plant metering station in Shengli Oilfield, laboratory experiments were carried out to study the influencing factors of barium/strontium sulfate scaling formed.The results indicate that the main influencing factors of bari-um/strontium sulfate scaling formed are reaction time and ion concentration.The scaling rate of BaSO4 is over 98% while the scaling rate of SrSO4 can reach 80% in 5~10 min.The meth-od of designated- pointed descaling was put forward on the basis of the experimental conclu-sions, namely the ions of SO4 2- and Sr2+ mixed in specify device to deposit quickly, and the descaling was removed regularly to ensure that the barium/strontium sulfate scaling will not form along the pipeline network. Then the laboratory model of descaling apparatus was de-signed, and the result of the continuate designated- pointed scaling test used by the indoor model of descaling apparatus shows that the total barium/strontium sulfate scaling rate is stabi-lized over 91%, which provides the basis for the design of descaling apparatus. The concept of"scaling field"is put forward by using the theory of shallow pool sedimentation.The desig-nated-pointed descaling apparatus and descaling process were designed and manufactured for the field test and effect monitoring of Tian 9 station, which actualizes the designated-point-ed,descaling rate more than 90%.
