摘要
沥青砂绝缘层作为储罐基础施工的重要分项工程,其施工质量决定着油罐的寿命,如发生起砂现象,易引起罐底板发生电化学腐蚀,同时不能给罐体提供一个坚实的初始表面,会降低油罐的使用寿命。某石化项目是国内一次性设计加工能力最大的炼油项目。大庆油田工程有限公司承建了其中的22个10×104m3原油储罐,原油储罐基础施工过程中,在样板段的沥青砂绝缘层铺设时发生了起砂现象。根据样板段铺设时发生的质量问题,针对沥青砂绝缘层施工的难点及面层成型的质量要求,通过从人、机、料、法、环等方面来分析沥青砂绝缘层面层起砂的原因,同时提出相应的控制措施,通过工程实体的验证,获得了令人满意的效果。
As one of the significant important item project for the construction of tank foun-dations, the construction quality directly decides service life of the tanks. Once the surface dusting happened,it can cause tank floor electrochemical corrosion and can’t provide a suf-ficient surface of contact for tanks. As the project of petrochemical is the refining project which is the largest one time design and processing capability in China. DOE have built twenty two 10×104 m3 tank foundations for tank field.Surface dusting happened in the early stages of example production, when we lay asphalt sands insulating layer. According to the quality problems, the paper analyzes the reasons of the surface dusting through the people, machines,materials,methods,and environment and puts forward the relevant control mea-sures.It has been verified by practical project,also we have obtained satisfactory effects.
