摘要
输差是控制输气成本的一个最关键的指标,管输企业要提高经济效益必须采用多种途径来降低输差。输差产生于天然气产销的全过程,涉及设计、施工、投产、生产、操作、维护、检验及检定等多个方面。可通过仪表失准、仪表精度、计量工艺、计量损耗、气质差等方面分析输差产生的原因,并提出相应的对策。经实施效果验证,对天然气输差的管控提高了公司的经济效益,获得了令人满意的效果。
Reduction is one of the most important indexes to control gas transmission cost. In order to improve the economic efficiency, it is necessary to adopt various ways to control the reduction. Reduction is produced in the whole process of natural gas production and marketing, which involves many aspects such as design, construction, operation, produc-tion, operation, maintenance, inspection, verification, etc. Through analyzing the rea-son of the deviation from the instrument misalignment, the accuracy of instrument, the measuring technology, the measuring loss and the temperament difference, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the actual operation of the process of verification, we could find that the reduction control improved the company＆#39;s economic efficiency, ob-tained satisfactory results.
