摘要
为了评价油水混合液的稳定性,设计制作了一种带有双平行电导探针的便携式油水分离器。利用油水混合液分层后的界面通过电导探针时电压信号的特征性变化,测出油水混合液的分层曲线,利用该曲线可以得到分层时间并计算得到分散相液滴的粒径分布,从而可以进行油水混合液稳定性评价。研究表明,电导探针法对有、无清晰分层界面的油水混合液都具有较高的测量精度,为油水混合液稳定性评价提供了一种新的方法。
In order to evaluate the stability of the oil-water mixture, this paper designs a portable oil-water separation device with double parallel conductance probes. This paper gains the separation profiles according to voltage signal changes monitored by double parallel conductance probes when oil-water interface passes by. Combining the layering time of oil-water mixture obtained from the separation profiles and the calculated droplet size distributions of dispersed droplets,the oil-water mixture stability can be evaluated.The results in this pa-per indicate that this method owns high accuracy even in measuring oil-water mixture with undistinguished layering interface, which provides a new method for the stability evaluation of oil and water mixture.
