摘要 油田开发中后期,油气集输加热系统面临着用热点多、量大、负荷率及效率双低等问题。根据油田开发实际,对油气集输系统进行工艺优化调整、生产参数优化、老旧加热设备更新改造、加强运行管理等措施,减少低效加热炉数量、提高在用加热炉效率、降低系统耗热量,有效提高油田生产用热效率,达到节能降耗的目的。 Some problems on oil and gas gathering & transferring heating system must be faced in middle and later of oilfield development, such as using a large amount of heating furnaces, lower load rate and lower efficiency. According to the oilfield development situation, the thermal efficiency for oilfield production can be improved effectively and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing can be achieved by optimizing and adjusting the process techniques, optimizing the production parameters, upgrading old heating furnaces,strengthening management measures and decreasing the number of inefficient heating furnaces, improving the efficiency of furnaces and reducing the thermal consumption of the system.
