摘要
针对萨北油田螺杆泵井系统效率偏低、运行能耗偏高的问题,通过完善和提高螺杆泵扭矩等参数的测试手段,进行螺杆泵扭矩计算,从减少摩擦扭矩角度出发,总结螺杆泵井优化设计的原则,分析不同参数下扭矩的合理范围,从而有效指导螺杆泵井地面及井下参数、供排平衡、设备选型等环节设计,使系统效率提高6.5个百分点。结合萨北油田实际,给出了部分螺杆泵泵型的扭矩计算和载荷参数,对螺杆泵井工艺设计有一定的参考价值。
The system-efficiency for screw pump well is lower and the energy-consumption for operation is higher in Sabei oilfield. The screw pump torque can be calculated by improving the test means for the screw pump torque parameters. From the reduction of friction torque angle, the principle for optimizing the design of screw pump well has been summarized, the torque reasonable range under different parameters have been analyzed. Guided can be effectively the design for the ground and downhole parameters of the screw pump, the supply and discharge balance and the equipment selection. Combined with the actual Sabei oilfield, torque calculation and load parameters for part of the screw pumps has been given, it has a certain reference value to the design process of screw pump well. The system efficiency can be improved by 6.5 percentage points through the selection and design of the screw pump.
