油田10kV采油井配电变压器节能降耗技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 目前,大庆油田有1.5万台在用的10 kV高耗能变压器,如果直接更换为新型节能变压器,投资太大,最好的方法就是对高耗能变压器进行改造。通过对10 kV油浸配电变压器的绝缘结构、技术性能指标及数据进行分析,提出了节能技术改造方案。通过降耗改造的结果表明,每年不但可节约672万元的电费,而且能大幅度提高配电变性能指标和运行可靠性,减少了谐波含量,提升了油田电网的供电质量,改造后的变压器降耗达20%。 At present, 1.5 × 10~4high-energy-consumption transformers with 10 kV are being used in Daqing oilfield. If these transformers are replaced directly, the investment is very large. The best way is to transform the high-energy-consumption transformer. The energy-saving technical reformation scheme has been put forward by analyzing the insulation structure, technical index and data for the 10 kV transformer. The consumption-reducing results show that tens of millions Yuan electricity can be saved every year, the performance index and operational reliability for the transformer can also be improved. At the same time, the harmonic can be reduced, and the power supply quality of oilfield power grid can be improved by using this technology. 20% of energy-consumption can be reduced after technical reformation.
