行知文化引领的高职创新创业教育体系构建与实践——以杭州科技职业技术学院为例

Construction and Practice of Vocational College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System Under the Lead of Xingzhi Culture——Take Hangzhou Polytechnic As Example

通过分析行知文化的核心——陶行知创造教育思想对高职创新创业教育在目标定位、内容选择和培养方法三个方面的启示,深入研究传统就业教育与创新创业教育的区别和联系,提出构建高职人才培养的"四并重"育人模式,应用于杭州科技职业技术学院行知创业学院的体系构建与实践,并对行知文化引领下的高职创新创业工作从树立理念、构建体系、集聚资源和要素三个方面作进一步的思考。

The paper analyzes and researches three implication of Tao Xingzhi's idea of creative education to vocational college's innovation and entrepreneurship education.They are goal definition,content selection and cultivating method.It also researches the differences and relations between the traditional employment education,innovation and entrepreneurship education and their goal definitions of talents training plan.It puts forward the'Four Equal'education mode of vocational college talent training,elaborates the construction and practice of Xingzhi Entrepreneurship School,summarizes the preliminary results and the future working directions,and makes a further thinking on vocational college innovation and entrepreneurship under the lead of Xingzhi culture from three aspects:setting up the ideal,system construction and gather resources and element.
