高职教务团队建设研究——基于工作规范化的角度

Research on the Construction of Teaching Team in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Perspective of Working Standardization

当前,高职教务团队建设存在着理念有待更新、结构不尽合理、教师归属感不强、队伍不够稳定等几方面问题,基于工作规范化的角度,从高中基三个层面提出了高职教务团队建设的建议:即学校领导层面的公平对待、注重培养、正面引导,教务团队负责人层面的以身作则、倾听谈话、工作理念,教务团队教师层面的岗位职责、总结规律、开拓创新。

The importance and the main problem is the construction of the teaching team in Higher Vocational Colleges.Team building concept needs to be updated;the academic team structure is unreasonable;the academic team teacher's sense of belonging is not high;the academic team is not stable.Above are the four major issues.Based on the work of standardization,from the three aspects of the high school based team building recommendation,the school leadership should pay attention to the fair treatment,the training,and the positive guidance.Teaching office leader should,for example,listen to talk,working ideas,the teacher's responsibility,the summary law and the development of innovation.
