摘要
以某大桥L4号桥墩复位工程为背景,分析了桥墩病害及原因,阐述了垂直顶升施工、水平顶推施工和支座系统恢复及落梁施工3个关键施工技术,提出了监控内容、参数及控制要点。通过对施工效果及后期养护建议,总结了桥墩复位技术创新点及应用前景。
In this paper,taking the bridge pier replacement project as the research object,diseases and causes of the bridge piers are analyzed;three key bridge pier replacement construction technologies of the vertical jacking construction are proposed,that is horizontal push construction,restoration of bearing system and construction of falling beam;the control parameters,methods and key points of construction monitoring are expounded.Through the recommendations of replacement construction effect and post maintenance,the innovation points and the application prospect of bridge pier replacement technology are summarized.
