摘要
利用问卷调查数据,采用多元回归方法,以MBA学员为样本,对管理者的知识获取方式、学习行为选择影响能力提升的问题进行实证分析,结果显示:管理者知识获取方式对语言表达能力、危机控制能力、与上司沟通能力及自我沟通能力有正向影响;学习行为选择不仅对四种能力产生正向影响,而且对倾听能力也有正向影响。女性管理者、管理者的历炼、管理者的人文社科经济管理的专业背景有利于能力的提升。
With the questionnaire survey data, multiple regression method, and MBA students as samples, this paper has made an empirical analysis on the way of knowledge acquisition and the choice of learning behavior of managers. The result shows that: manager's way of knowledge acquisition has a positive effect on the ability of language expression, crisis control, communication with superiors and self-communication. And the choice of learning behavior not only positively influences the four mentioned abilities, but the listening ability as well. The result also shows female managers, managerial experience and manager's professional background of humanity, social science, economy and management are conducive to the improvement of ability.
