摘要
现代企业环境逐步呈现模糊边界的多元化特征,使创新研究不断突破组织边界呈现出开放式的新格局。在开放式创新环境下,企业需要寻求外部合作,以提升企业创新能力和创新绩效。影响创新能力因素有很多,其中领先用户参与是主要因素之一。实证研究结果表明领先用户作为外部创新源对企业创新能力有显著正向影响。
Modern enterprise environment is showing the diversified features of fuzzy boundaries, which make enterprise innovation research break the organizational boundaries and present a new open model. This papers points out that in open innovative environment, enterprises should seek external cooperation to enhance the innovation capability and performance.Among many factors that can influence the innovation ability, lead users' participation is one of the most important. The empirical research shows that lead users have a positive impact on enterprise innovation ability.
