霍尔果斯公路口岸发展研究

Research on Horgos Road Port Development

在霍尔果斯口岸经济合作中心建设、丝绸之路经济带推进及霍尔果斯建市等一系列重大经济建设的背景下,霍尔果斯公路口岸运输量有了较明显的改善,但其运输能力仍与实际运输量之间存在巨大缺口,且其监督管理体制不够完善,基础设施建设仍无法满足通关需求。因此,应通过加强基础设施及配套设施建设,提高公路口岸的货运速度,提高通关效率,扩大对中亚国家的贸易量等措施,提高霍尔果斯各方面的建设水平及发展状况。

With the construction of the Horgos port economic cooperation center, the promotion of the Silk Road Economic Belt, the construction of the Horgos city, and a series of major economic development, the transport capacity of Horgos road port has greatly improved. However, there is still a great gap between its transport capacity and the real demand, as well as an imperfect surveillance system which cannot meet the demand of custom clearance. To improve the construction and development of Horgos city, this paper puts forward to strengthen the construction of infrastructure and supporting facilities, speed the freight of road port, improve the efficiency of custom clearance and enlarge the trade volume with central Asian countries.
