Investigation and Analysis on the Financing of Family Farms in Shijiazhuang

在众多利好政策的支持下,石家庄市家庭农场得到了快速发展,但融资问题也如约而至。选取石家庄市30个家庭农场调查发现,解决其融资渠道较窄、抵押资产缺乏及补贴不到位等问题,应进一步发展新型农村金融机构,加大对农场主的知识培训,完善政府政策扶持,从而促进家庭农场的发展。

With the support of many favorable policies, family farms in Shijiazhuang have been rapidly developed, but the problems of financing also emerge. Based on the research of 30 samples, this paper discusses the existing problems, such as narrow financing channel, insufficient pledged assets and incomplete subsidies. It also suggests the countermeasures for the development of family farms, like developing new rural financial institution, strengthening training for farmers and perfecting government policy.
