《环境与资源保护法学》课程的教学设计——基于法律职业技能培育的视角

摘要 近年来法学本科教育越来越注重对学生法律职业技能的培育,《环境与资源保护法学》是兼具自然科学与社会科学的应用型交叉学科,因此教学过程中应更加注重对学生法律职业技能的培育。但目前我国《环境与资源保护法学》的教学存在着师资来源结构和教学主体单一的问题,难以真正落实对学生职业技能的培育,这就需要对该课程现有的教学设计进行改革。面对法学本科教育应当提高学生职业技能的需求,教师在教学设计中应认真落实和贯彻该教学理念,摒弃原先单一的灌输式教学方法,在课堂内外灵活运用各种教学手段和培养方式,为学生法律职业技能的习得贡献自己的力量。 Legal undergraduate education is attaching great importance to cultivating students' legal vocational skills. Study on Environment and Resources Protection Act is an application-type interdiscipline between natural science and social sciences,so the cultivation of students' legal vocational skills should be greatly focused in the teaching process. However, some problems exist in this course, such as unvaried sources of teachers and teaching subject which hinder the real implementation that needs reform on teaching design. To meet the needs of the market, teachers should carry out the teaching idea, abandon the indoctrinating teaching and employ flexible teaching method to contribute to the cultivation of vocational skills.
