摘要
针对目前城市市区道路两侧由于停车位普遍不足,从而导致机动车在路边乱停乱放、堵塞道路、扰乱交通秩序的问题,该文给出一种可以分散建设在马路两侧的绿化带中、人行道和非机动车道边缘等地,利用其上空闲置空间来停放小型汽车的机械式立体停车位。该停车位采取分散建设、统一管理的方式运营,管理运营中心对分散在城区各处的停车位依靠移动通信系统(GSM)网络实现统一管理——监控、收费、维护等。这种停车位既可方便车主路边自助停车,又对城市交通和绿化带植物生长影响较小,可以有效解决城市市区道路两侧的停车问题。
This article mainly presents a kind of urban roadside stereo parking facility that could be set separately above the greenbelts, sidewalks, and bicycle lanes to utilize the midair space for roadside parking, aiming to solve the random parking and traffic problems for lack of roadside parking space. This kind of parking facilities can be distributed dispersedly and managed uniformly- the operation center can operate the facilities all around the city through the mobile communication system (GSM network), which enables the operators to easily charge parking fees, monitor, and maintain the parking facilities. This kind of parking facility facilitates the drivers while exerting little influence on city traffic and greenbelt plants, making it an efficient solution for the roadside parking problem.
