摘要
结合机电一体化和信息技术,克服传统实验仪器的不足,设计一种适用于机械制造基础课程的新型车刀角度测量实验仪器,并配套基础分析软件,对刀具工作部分几何参数进行方便的数字化采集,利用软件进行刀具的三维建模和静态角度计算,有效提高刀具测量效率和精度,可辅助绘制刀具角度剖面图。成果目前已在机械基础教学基地加以实践,教学效果较好。
Considering themechatronics and information technology, a new kind of cutting tool measurement instrument for the course of mechanical manufacturing is proposed to overcome the insufficiency of traditional experimental instrument. And the basic analysis software is also provided. The digital data of geometric parameters of tool part can be obtained easily. The 3D model and static anglecan be got based on the developed software. Compared with the existing results, the proposed instrument has the better measurement efficiency and precision. And it can be used to draw the angle section of cutting tool. The results have been applied in the teaching practice of mechanical manufacturing, and the effect is better.
