急性胰腺炎的临床护理效果分析

Clinical nursing efficacy of patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探析临床护理运用在急性胰腺炎治疗中的疗效。方法随机将92例急性胰腺炎患者分为2组,其中给予对照组常规护理,而观察组则运用综合护理,分析2组治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的各项指标改善显著(P<0.05);2组临床症状缓解时间比较有差异(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的治愈率高,但是组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论临床上将综合护理运用在急性胰腺炎治疗中,不仅可以降低死亡率,还能缩短住院时间,值得推广。

Objective To analyze clinical care efficacy of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 92 acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital were divided into control group with routine nursing and observation group using comprehensive nursing, therapeutic effect was compared. Results After nursing, indicators of observation group improved obviously （P〈0.05）; Cure rate in the observation group was higher compared with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can reduce mortality, and shorten the length of hospital stay, so it is worthy of promotion.
