护理路径在尿毒症腹膜透析置管术后患者中的应用

Application of nursing path in treatment of uremia patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization

目的探讨护理路径在尿毒症腹膜透析置管术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择行尿毒症腹膜透析置管术后治疗的40例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组常规行尿毒症腹膜透析置管术后护理,观察组则应用护理路径,比较2组患者干预后生活质量改善及并发症情况。结果观察组生活质量改善优良率显著高于对照组,观察组并发症率显著低于对照组。结论尿毒症患者腹膜透析置管术后临床护理应用护理路径,可改善患者生活质量,降低并发症风险。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing path in treatment of uremia patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization. Methods A total of 40 uremic patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional line uremia peritoneal dialysis catheter nursing, while observation group was given nursing path. Quality of life after intervention and complications were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group, the excellent rate of good quality of life was significantly higher than the control group, while incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Application of nursing path in treatment of uremia patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization can improve the quality of life, and reduce the risk of complications.
