10例尾状叶肝肿瘤切除术患者的护理研究

Nursing for 30 patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor

目的分析10例尾状叶肝肿瘤切除术患者的护理经验。方法选择行尾状叶肝肿瘤切除术的10例患者。围术期给予患者严密护理,总结患者术中临床护理经验和方法。结果 10例患者均顺利完成不同入路单独尾状叶肿瘤切除术;术后未见腹腔出血者,出现1例肝功能异常,1例肺部感染,1例切口轻度感染;术后随访3个月患者预后良好。结论尾状叶肝肿瘤切除术应强化术中护理,积极采取并发症预防性措施,以控制术后并发症风险,改善患者预后。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of 10 patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor. Methods Ten patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor were selected and conducted with strict nursing during perioperative period. Clinical nursing experience and methods were summarized. Results Ten patients successfully resection of completed caudate lobe tumor by different approach. No patients had intra-peritoneal hemorrhage, 1 patient had abnormal liver function, 1 patient had mild pulmonary infection, and 1 patient had incision infection. The prognosis of patients is good during 3 months of postoperative followup. Conclusion In the patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor, enhanced intra-operative nursing and positive preventive measures for complications can control the risk of postoperative complications and improve patients’ prognosis.
