经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验

Nursing experience of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy

目的总结及分析经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床护理经验。方法随机选取38例实施经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床资料,38例患者在术前、术中和术后给予临床护理干预,观察38例患者的疼痛、焦虑及生活质量等评分情况。结果术后经过6个月的随访,38例患者术后均恢复良好,未发生切口感染,有1例患者术后复发。术后患者疼痛、焦虑、生活质量等指标评分与术前对比显著改善(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理干预措施可以使经皮椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者手术取得理想效果。

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical nursing experience of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy. Methods Clinical materials of 38 lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy were collected and they were given clinical nursing intervention. Pain, anxiety and quality of life score in 38 cases were observed. Results After 6 months of follow-up, 38 patients recovered well. No patients had incision infection, and 1 patient had postoperative recurrence. Postoperative pain, anxiety, quality of life significantly improved when compared with those before operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of clinical nursing intervention measures can achieve good effects in treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients treated by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy.
