护理干预对宫颈癌患者预后的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌患者后的影响。方法选取100例宫颈癌患者,分为2组,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较2组患者生活质量及并发症情况。结果观察组患并发症发生率是12.00%,显著低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者在护理干预后的身体功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能得分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预用于宫颈癌患者中对其预后具有积极的影响。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer were divided into two groups.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing.Quality of life and the complications were analyzed in both groups. Results In the observation group, incidence rate of complications was12.00%, which was significantly lower than 28.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）.The scores of physical function, cognitive function, social function and emotional function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.
