鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术88例术后舒适护理分析

Analysis of comfort nursing for 88 cases with endoscopic correction of deviated nasal septum

目的研究鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后为患者实施舒适护理的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的88例接受鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗的患者,随机分为护理1组、护理2组,各44例。护理1组患者接受舒适护理干预,护理2组患者接受常规护理干预,比较护理干预结果。结果 2组患者护理满意度相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1组紧张、焦虑等评分情况明显优于护理2组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者实施舒适护理干预,有助于缓解患者紧张、焦虑等不良心理状态,有助于建立良好的护患关系,提高患者依从性,提高疗效。

Objective To explore effect of comfort nursing of 88 cases with endoscopic correction of deviated nasal septum. Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent endoscopic correction of deviated nasal septum in our hospital were randomly divided into nursing 1 group and nursing 2 group, with 44 cases in each group, nursing 1 group accepted the comfortable nursing intervention and nursing 2 groups accepted routine nursing intervention, nursing intervention was compared. Results There were significant difference in nursing satisfaction in two groups （P〈0.05）; Tension and anxiety scores in nursing 1 group were obviously better than nursing 2 group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention can ease adverse psychological state such as nervous, anxiety, establish a good relationship between nurse and patients, ensure patients′ compliance, and improve the curative effect.
