摘要
目的探讨门诊采血室开展优质护理的意义。方法将80例患者随机分为2组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较2组护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为100%,显著高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论门诊采血室开展优质护理能促进护患关系。
Objective To explore the significance of high quality nursing in blood collection room. Methods A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given high quality nursing. Nursing satisfaction degree was compared. Results Nursing satisfaction degree was 100% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 70% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of high quality nursing in blood collection room in out-patient department can promote the relationship between patients and medical staffs.
