摘要
为了了解叶绿素的降解代谢和调控机理中的异常性,提出一种基于傅里叶变换的叶绿素降解产物的羟(烷)基化异常特征光谱分析方法。利用短时傅里叶变换对叶绿素降解产物的羟(烷)基化特征光谱进行分解,对异常特征光谱进行准确提取;根据异常特征频谱的能量与光谱中总的频谱能量的比值,对各个异常特征的波峰赋予不同的权值,实现了叶绿素降解产物的羟(烷)基化异常的特征光谱分析。试验测试结果表明,该方法能够对叶绿素降解产物的羟(烷)基化异常的特征光谱进行准确分析,效果令人满意。
In order to understand the degradation of chlorophyll metabolism and regulation mechanism of abnormal sex, put forward a kind of chlorophyll degradation products based on Fourier transform of hydroxyl(alkane) based on spectral analysis method of anomaly characteristics. The short-time Fourier transform of chlorophyll degradation products of hydroxyl(alkane) based on spectral decomposition characteristics, accurate extraction for abnormal characteristic spectrum; According to the characteristics of the energy spectrum and the ratio of the total spectrum energy spectrum, the anomaly characteristics of the various wave to give different weights, so as to realize the chlorophyll degradation products of hydroxyl(alkane) anomaly of characteristic spectrum analysis. Test results show that the method can of chlorophyll degradation products of hydroxyl(paraffin) leels of abnormal characteristic spectrum of accurate analysis result is satisfactory.
