摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定牛奶纸质包装盒中可能存在的残留苯、甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、乙酸乙酯等13种溶剂。结果表明:经KB-wax色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器FID检测,13种溶剂能够完全分离,线性较好,样品加标回收率苯系物介于82%-95%,其他溶剂介于71%-93%,最低检出限可达0.029mg/m^2,8次测定相对标准偏差为1.57%-1.99%。方法简便快捷、重现性好,能满足牛奶纸质包装材料中溶剂残留量的分析。
13 kind residual solvents,such as benzene, toluene, methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate etc., in the paper package of milk were determined by headspace- gas chromatography. 13 kinds of solvents were separated from each other completely by the KB-wax column and were determined using gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results showed the good linearity range and the detection limit was 0.029 mg/m^2. The recovery of benzene was in the range of 82%-95% and the other solvents was in 71%-93% with precision of 1.57%-1.99% RSD(n=8). During the experiments,residual benzene and other solvent in 4 kinds of paper milk packing materials were analyzed. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and good relative standard deviations, and can be applied for determining the residual solvents in the paper packing materials.
