Research on Countermeasures and Development Path for National Base Construction of Integrated Culture and Technology——Taking Hangzhou as an Example

以杭州市国家级文化与科技融合基地建设现状为基础,分析促进文化产业和科技产业融合发展的必要性和制约因素。从产业层面、市场层面、企业层面和人才层面入手,总结科技进步对文创产业发展的促进作用,并在分析"上下游"产业链的基础上,提出适用于国家级文化与科技融合基地建设的发展方案和发展路径。

Take Hangzhou for Example, the current situation of integrated culture and technology for National Base Construction is studied. The necessity of promoting the cultural industry and the technology industry is analyzed and the restricted factors are summarized. The features of this paper are,firstly we study the influence of the integrated culture and technology on industry level, market level, enterprise level and talent level. Secondly, we summarized the perfect role of science and technology for promoting the development of cultural and creative industries. Last but not least, we presented a better development path for National Base Construction of integrated culture and technology,based on the analysis of the ＂downstream＂ of the industrial chain.
