掺钛BiFeO_3催化剂的制备及其光催化性能 被引量:2

摘要 利用钛掺杂对BiFeO_3改性,采用溶胶凝胶法制备,研究了不同煅烧温度和不同钛掺杂量Ti-BiFeO_3催化剂的光催化性能。利用XRD、SEM和UV-Vis DRS对制备的样品进行表征,分析样品的晶相、形貌和其对光的吸收性能。结果表明:煅烧温度700℃时得到的样品晶相纯度高;掺钛量为10%,煅烧温度为700℃时所得样品微观形貌较规整、颗粒尺寸较小且分散性较好。以亚甲基蓝为目标降解物,Ti-BiFeO_3的光催化表明,钛掺杂能有效地提高BiFeO_3的光催化活性。 Bismuth ferrite were prepared by sol-gel method and modified by Ti doped. The photocatalytic properties of Ti-BiFeO_3 catalysts at different calcination temperatures and different titanium doping were studied in this paper. The prepared samples were analyzed by X- ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron micrograph(SEM) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to character the phases, morphological structure and optical absorption performance, respectively. The results showed that the crystallinities were well obtained at the calcination temperature of 700 ℃; the sizes and the dispersions of the particles were small and even when the Bismuth ferrite were doped with 10 % of Ti and calcined at 700 ℃. The photocatalytic activities of Ti- BiFeO_3 were evaluated by degrading methylene blue under sunlight irradiation. The results showed that the titanium doping can effectively improve the photocatalytic activity of bismuth ferrite.
