摘要
基于某车型开发,在设计阶段通过CAE仿真分析了副仪表板头碰问题,提出了副仪表板结构优化方案,幷通过试验进行了验证,以满足GB11552、ECE R21、FMVSS201安全性法规要求。
Based on the development of a car, the head-impact problem of the console was calculated andanalyzed by means of CAE at the design stage. A structural optimization scheme of the console was pro-posed and verified by the test to meet the requirements of safety regulations of GB11552, ECE R21, FM-VSS201.
