摘要
为探究社会网络对居民购买商业医疗保险的影响,利用中国居民家庭收入调查数据,实证分析了社会网络所产生的保险购买影响效应。通过总体数据实证结果显示,在农村地区,农民的社会网络越强,其购买商业医疗保险的概率越大;在城镇地区,城镇居民的社会网络强弱对其购买商业医疗保险无显著影响。进一步按地区分类对农户数据研究表明,在市场化程度和经济发展水平较高的东部以及中部农村地区,作为非正式制度的社会网络特性对于农户购买商业医疗保险没有显著性的影响,而西部农村地区,社会网络越强,农户购买商业医疗保险的概率越大。
On the basis of CHIP (Chinese household income project) data, this article makes an empirical analysis of the influence of social network on the commercial medical insurance purchase of the urban and rural people. The empirical results show that the social network has a significant positive effect for rural people purchase the commercial medical insurance. But the results for urban people is not significant. For the further study of the rural people, in the eastern and middle part of the high degree of marketization, the characteristics of social network has no obvious effect on the purchase of the commercial medical insurance. In the central and western region, the social network has significant positive effect for the purchase of the commercial medical insurance.
