汽车支架结构振动疲劳性能优化研究

摘要 主要研究了汽车支架结构的振动疲劳,探讨了结构振动疲劳分析原理,提出了汽车支架结构分析流程,明确了支架结构振动疲劳分析的关键要素,并且分享了提升支架疲劳性能的几个原则。讨论了输入经验功率谱密度曲线不合适,导致前期评估不足,后面的道路试验出现支架断裂的问题。通过修正输入的功率谱密度曲线,文章解决了评估不足的问题。此外通过提高结构固有频率,避开道路激励载荷频率,解决了文章中的支架振动疲劳开裂问题,顺利通过验证试验。 In the paper, the vibration fatigue of the vehicle bracket structure was researched. The principle of the structure vibration fatigue analysis was discussed. The process of vehicle bracket structure analysis was presented. The critical factors of bracket fatigue analysis were definitely presented. And several principles of improving the bracket fatigue performance were enjoyed. due to the not appropriate input loading PSD curve, the bracket was not evaluated enough in the advanced stage and broke in the sequent road test. By modifying the input PSD curve, the insufficient evaluation problem was solved. In addition, by improving the structure natural frequency and avoiding the road excitation load frequency, the bracket vibration fatigue problem was solved, and the subsequent verification test was passed smoothly.
