军用越野汽车液压翻转备轮架结构设计改进

摘要 随着新时期我陆军部队逐步由区域防卫型向全地域机动型转变以及演训和维稳任务日益增多,军用车辆的型式多样化,备轮配备必不可少。液压翻转备轮架系统,是目前大量使用的备轮翻转系统,该系统保证了军用越野车辆备轮方便、安全、快速更换,提升了军品车辆的使用性能,满足新形势下战争的需求。文章针对部队上反映液压翻转备轮架在用户使用过程中,在液压翻转备轮架长期闲置后再次使用时,备轮翻转会产生短暂的大角度的快速下降致使备轮架变形甚至于断裂的问题,针对该问题对备轮架结构进行分析和设计改进,并进行ANSYS分析和试验验证。 With the new period of our army gradually from regional defense to the whole regional transformation and maneuver exercises and task of maintaining stability is increasing, the type of military vehicle wheel equipped with necessary diversification. Hydraulic turnover spare wheel carrier system is currently widely used in the spare wheel turning system, the system ensures the military off-road vehicle spare wheel convenient, safe, quick change, enhance the performance of military vehicles to meet the needs of the war under the new situation. In this paper, the troops reflect hydraulic turnover by wheel frame in the user process, hydraulic turnover by wheel frame has been idle for a long period, again, by turning wheel will produce transient large angle rapid decline resulting in preparation of wheel frame deformation even to fracture, the spare wheel carrier structure improvement and ANSYS analysis and experimental verification.
