A systematic study of design methods about heavy truck carpet,and combing the development processes of carpet; introducing common structure,materials and design methods of carpet, while regulatory requirements and design principles in the carpet design are summarized. Through the study of design process, the factors which be considered in the design process and the basic requirements, to provide reference criteria for the design process and design ideas of heavy truck carpet.
