文章简要介绍了在自动变速器中造成功率损失的各方面因素,并介绍了各个因素引起的功率损失的计算方法。采用此方法可以在样机试制前对自动变速器总的功率损失进行分析,对确定自动变速器的效率目标和减少开发风险非常有帮助。同时在开发过程中,可以对引起功率损失比较大的因素进行着重考虑,减少整个自动变速器的功率损失。

Lots of items affected power loss of automatic transmission will be introduced in this paper, the calculation methods induce power loss will also be introduced. The overall power loss will be analyzed before prototype manufacture that helpful for setting the efficiency target and reducing risk. And the items which make the majority of power loss will be focused to improve the efficiency of the automatic transmission.
