随着汽车保有量持续升高、石油资源匮乏,"能源"一词不只是在政府的工作报告中体现,而是走入消费者的视线,备受关注。因此,缓解能源供需的矛盾、降低中国汽车行业的整体油耗水平、缩小与先进国家轿车行业的差距为汽车行业发展的重中之重。中国在实施了第三阶段油耗标准之后又实施了更为严格的乘用车企业平均油耗标准,即第四阶段油耗标准。

With the rise of car ownership continues and the short of oil resources ,the word of ” energy” is not only feflected in the government＇s work report,but also into the sight of consumers. Therefore, to relieve the contradiction between energy supply and demand, reduce the overall fuel consumption level of China＇s automobile industry, and narrow the gap between the advanced countries and the automobile industry is the most important development of the automotive industry. After the implementation of the third phase of the fuel consumption standards, China has implemented a more stringent on average fuel consumption standards of passenger car business , that is, the fourth phase of the fuel consumption standards.
