中国小轿车排量与价格关系的测算——兼议评估中规模经济效益指数

摘要 文章依据二手小轿车价格评估中的规模效益指数法原理,用计量经济方法将其转化为小轿车排量与价格关系的实证模型,选取了中国2015年12月31日在售的全部品牌小轿车的排量与销售价格的同质数据,通过Eviews8.0软件工具,测算出我国小轿车评估中的规模经济效益指数为1.35,并分析了指数值偏高的原因。结论是,我国小轿车排量与价格关系测算结果反映了我国小轿车消费存在大排量车倾向的实际,其可以作为二手小轿车市场价格评估的参考。 Upon the Economic Scale Benefit Index methods in assessment of second-hand cars, the paper researches empirical models for the relationship between the displacement and the price of cars by the econometric methods. We all brands of cars and sales price data on the December 31st in 2015 in China, and the Economic Scale Benefit Index of cars is 1.35 which is a bit high through Eviews 8.0.The result which the relationship between the displacement and the price of the car shows the fact that there is a consumption tendency of large displacement cars in China. The index can be helpful to second-hand car market prices evaluation.
