摘要
文章介绍了一种新型废乳化液处理技术,系全新的电化学处理技术,主要采用电絮凝法对废乳化液进行预处理,采用电催化氧化法进行废水的深度处理;处理过程稳定、可靠,处理的水质可以任意调节,并可根据企业的需求达到排放、回用等目的。实践证明,用该技术设计的处理设备效果良好,运行和维护成本低,不产生新的污染物,有效解决企业的环保难题。
The paper presented a new process of waste emulsion treatment,i.e. a brand new electrochemical treatment,adopting electro flocculation in the pretreatment of waste emulsion and applying electro-catalytic oxidation to advanced wastewater treatment; it pointed out that treatment process was stable and reliable,water quality could be regulated freely,targets for discharge and recycling could be achieved as required; the process has been proven in practice to be able to achieve good equipment performance,keep down the cost of running and maintenance and no more pollution,effectively solving environmental problems for the enterprises.
