Colleges and universities are the main factors of regional innovation system. In recent years, with their strong scientific research foundation and gathering of scientific research talents, colleges and universities are rapidly becoming the main growth point and radiation source to promote the regional economic and social development. Through the study on the actual situation of providing personnel training and training services, platform services and resources guarantee for the regional innovation system by Hebei colleges and universities, this paper summarized the service achievements and problems of colleges and universities, and put forward relevant development countermeasures and suggestions.
