基于技术差距的中国地区工业生态效率研究 被引量:1

Study on Regional Industrial Eco-efficiency in China from the Perspective of Technology Gap

摘要 我国不同区域工业资源节约与污染减排技术存在很强的异质性特征,在共同前沿理论框架下采用DEA方法分析测算了2006-2014年全国30个省份的工业生态效率,分析效率的地区差异性,运用共同技术率这一指标衡量我国三大区域之间的工业环境技术差距。实证结果表明,样本期间内我国省际工业生态效率的平均值仅为0.236,还存在巨大的资源节约与污染减排潜力,三大区域工业生态效率与环境技术均有明显差异,东部地区显著高于中西部地区,且这种差距还存在进一步扩大趋势。最后,给出了改进我国地区工业生态效率与环境技术的相关对策建议。 Given the technology heterogeneity in the saving of industrial resources and pollution reduction in China's different regions, this paper uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to evaluate the industrial eco -efficiency in 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2014 within the framework of Meta - frontier theory and ana-lyze the regional differences in industrial eco - efficiency. Then, Meta - technology Ratio ( MTR) is used to measure the industrial environmental technology gap among China, s three major areas. The empirical results show that the average of China,s provincial industrial eco - efficiency is 0. 236 during 2006 -2014, and it leaves big room for improvement in saving resources and pollution reduction. The regional differences of industrial eco - efficiency and environmental technology among three major areas are conspicuous. The industrial eco - efficiency of the east area is relatively higher than that of the central and west areas, the industrial eco - efficiency gap still widening. Finally, according to the empirical results, corresponding recommendations are proposed to improve China,s industrial eco - efficiency and environmental technology.
