Strengthening the training of elite teachers is an important way to improve the effectiveness of the course of ideological and political theories in institutions of higher learning. Analyzing the difficulties confronting the four key aspects of the course of ideological and political theories in institutions of higher learning, this paper put forward methods and approaches for the training of elite teachers for the course of ideological and political theories in institutions of higher learning.
