On the Countermeasures and Suggestions of Brain Gain Trend in Western China

近年来,随着我国经济社会持续快速发展,我国西部地区呈现出明显的人才回流现象。能否抓住机遇,吸引人才回流并做好开发和利用,成为我国西部地区发展中亟待解决的突出问题。通过分析我国西部地区人才回流的内外动因和存在问题,提出西部地区吸引人才回流的四条对策建议。

In recent years, with the sustained and rapid economic and social development, the western regions of China present obvious brain gain phenomenon. Whether we can seize the opportunity to attract talents backflow, and achieve the development and utilization or not, has become a prominent problem to be solved in the western region development of China. Through the analysis of the internal and external motivation and the existing problems of brain gain in western China, this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions to attract talents backflow in western China.
