益气复脉——室性期前收缩的中医药防治思路

Supplementing Qi and Activating Pulse Circulation Therapy:the Strategies of Prevention and Treatment in Ventricular Premature Beats by Traditional Chinese Medicine

室性期前收缩是由心脏希氏束分叉以下的异位起搏点提前激动产生的期前收缩,是心律失常的常见类型。本研究基于林谦教授多年临床经验,认为气虚血瘀,痰瘀互阻为室性心律失常的常见证型,提出以益气复脉方法防治室性期前收缩。

Ventricular premature beats is the common type of arrhythmia,which is produced by ectopic pacemaker under the bundle of His in advance.This article is based on professor Lin Qian,s clinical experiences that qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis transresistance is the common syndrome of ventricular arrhythmias.We propose supplementing qi and activating pulse circulation therapy for prevention and treatment of ventricular premature beats.
