高职院校汽车专业提升企业职工继续教育能力的对策研究

Countermeasure Study on Continuing Education for Employees in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Auto Industry

职工继续教育是企业培育高素质高技能人才与提高员工综合素质的重要途径和手段。高职院校提升服务汽车企业职工继续教育的能力对于提高职工素质、推进人才强企具有重要意义。通过分析高职院校为汽车企业提供职工继续教育包含的主要内容、存在的主要问题,最后提出完善高职院校服务汽车企业职工继续教育的保障机制、优化高职院校服务汽车企业职工继续教育的内容、提高高职院校服务汽车企业职工继续教育的师资水平、创新高职院校服务汽车企业职工继续教育的方式等对策。

As continuing education for employees is an important approach and means for enterprises to cultivate high-quality talents and enhance the overall quality of employees, the continuing education for employees of auto industry provided by vocational colleges is of great importance to enhance the employees’ quality and help to strengthen enterprises by talents. The major contents in vocational colleges’ continuing education for employees of auto industry mainly consist of continuing education of educational background, skill and technical ability training, technical service, and high-end advanced study and training. This paper analyzes the chief issues in vocational colleges’ continuing education for employees of auto industry, and finally puts forward the countermeasures including increasing policy support, building the safeguard mechanism for vocational colleges’ continuing education for employees, improving vocational colleges’ ability to carry out continuing education for employees of auto industry, and building brand vocational colleges which provide continuing education for employees of auto industry etc.
