河北省城乡公共体育服务设施均等化实证研究

Empirical Research on the Equalization of Public Sports Facilities in Urban and Rural Areas in Hebei Province

从分析公共体育设施均等化内涵入手,指出了河北省实现城乡公共体育服务设施均等化的必要性和可行性,提出了以政策导向为引领,建立完善的政策指导体系;以市场发展为导向,形成多元化的经营管理模式;以满足社会需求为目标,引导各种社会力量参与设施建设等对策,为缩小城乡公共体育服务设施差距,促进城乡一体化协调发展提供理论依据和实践参考。

This study starts from analyzing the connotation of the public sports facility equalization to indicate the necessity and feasibility to realize the public sports facility equalization in urban and rural areas of Hebei Province. It puts forward the policy guidance to lead, and set up perfect policy guidance system; guided by the market development, form a diversified management mode; meeting the social demand as thegoal, guide various social forces to participate in infrastructure construction. In order to narrow the gap between urban and rural public sports facilities and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural integration, this article can provide the theoretical basis and practical reference.
