摘要
以《麦可思苏州健雄职业技术学院社会需求与培养质量年度报告》为依据,对苏州健雄职业技术学院中德工程学院机电一体化专业2012届、2013届和2014届毕业生就业情况进行追踪调查,对该专业毕业生就业率、专业相关度、就业满意度、离职率等数据进行分析,并从加强就业服务、强化学生技能、深化校企合作、完善人才培养方案等方面深入探究如何提高高职毕业生就业质量。
Based on the My COS annual report on the social needs and training quality of Suzhou Chien-Shiung institute of technology,the college has carried out the follow-up investigation on the graduates in 2012, 2013, 2014 who majored in mechanical electrical integration in Zhongde Engineering department. This article has a data analysis on the employment rate, professional relevance,degree of employment satisfaction and demission rate. It also discusses how to improve the graduates employment quality in the term of promoting employment service,students skills,how to deepen the ＂school-enterprise＂ cooperation and perfect talents cultivation plan.
