摘要
高职院校的办学思想、教学模式与普通高校不尽相同,其档案也别具特色。目前高职院校的档案管理工作缺乏相应的规范,存在诸多问题。应基于高职院校特点,从加强对档案管理的重视、完善档案管理机制、强化高职院校档案管理的信息化水平、提升档案管理工作者的素质四方面改进提高档案管理水平。
There are many differences in the archives managementbetween higher vocational colleges and universities in terms of educational ideology and teaching mode.The article showcases the archives management in higher vocational colleges lacks of relevant regulation, and hasalot of difficulties. It＇s urgent to attach the importance to the management, perfect the mechanism,informationize the management and improve the qualities of the staff in order to better the management.
