"三自"教育既是教育的本质要求,也是教育的最高境界。思想政治教育工作必须突出学生的主体作用,重视并引导学生自觉地参与自我管理、自我教育、自我服务活动,促进学生自律、自立、自强。加强大学生"三自"教育是高校管理工作的重要内容。

Three ＂Selfs＂ education,the important part of administrative work in universities,is the core and the highest demand of the education. Political and ideological personnel should be student-oriented and direct students to take active part in the activities of self-taught,self-service,self-management with the aim to cultivate students to be powerful,disciplined and independent.
