Reflectionon the Professional Development of Women

女性职业发展是妇女发展的重要内容。历经计划经济和市场经济两个阶段的变迁,妇女在业率、职业收入、职业层级、社会保障状况等发生了一定的变化,但与经济发展并不同步。通过纵向职业发展以及横向性别对比两个维度,认为女性职场权利与发展机会同男性存在不平等,女性职业状况与社会保障状况存在差异,女性学历提升与职业发展不对等。

The professional development of women is an important part of women＇s development.Two stagesfrom the planned economy to the market economy has witnessedthe changes in the field of employment rate for women,employment income,occupational standard and the social security status,which make us have a profound reflection. This paper based on thevertical career development and horizontal gender comparison is to draw the conclusions that women are not equal with men on working rights and promotion opportunities,there is different between men and women in the professional status and social security system and women education is not direct ratioof the professional development.
